BSc Imaging technology course is a 4 year B.Sc (Hons) degree in the field of imaging science and technology. The course covers all aspects of digital photography, image processing, computer vision, neural networks and machine learning. It also includes topics such as medical imaging and radiography.

What are the admission requirements for this course ?

The admission requirements for this program are: A good Honours Degree or equivalent with at least 45 credits in Mathematics, Physics or Computer Science; An overall GPA of 2.0 on a 4 point scale; A minimum score of 70% on the IELTS test.

BSC imaging technology course is designed to provide students with an understanding of the principles and applications of digital image processing. The course will cover topics such as: Image acquisition, image processing, computer vision, pattern recognition and machine learning. Students will learn how to apply these techniques in order to analyse images collected by a variety of sensors including cameras and microscopes.
