which one should I choose between MTECH from IIT dhanbad Electronics and communication Engineering vs nit rourkela communication and network

Dear Sachin

My suggestion is to go and opt NIT Rourkela because when compared to other one it's really good and also placements are very decent. It's the old college tok and the no of PhDs are good. Campus facilities are more than enough.
