Dr Abdul Haq Urdu University is one of the newest universities, with its headquarters in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh; the university was founded in 2018. It is a college located on a 144 acres area and is recognised by the U.G.C. There are 16 courses provided at the university to suit the needs of learners in 11 different programmes. The faculty strength includes ten members of the faculty to offer quality education in various disciplines. The university has a number of amenities meant to improve the student experience. 

Dr Abdul Haq Urdu University has a library facility, divided into a circulation section, a book acquisition section, a periodicals section and a reference section, is an informative unit in academic realms.
