Indian Institute of Teacher Education, Gandhinagar Admission Process

The Indian Institute of Teacher Education Gandhinagar offers a total of 15 undergraduate, 3 postgraduate, and 2 doctoral-level courses. All these courses are provided full-time and candidates must meet the prescribed IITE eligibility criteria to get themselves enroled. Passing an exam is the gateway to gain IITE admission at different colleges affiliated with this university. Integrated Test for Teacher Trainee(i3T) conducted by the university is the IITE entrance examination that must be completed to gain admission. IITE seats will be allocated as per the merit list prepared based on the marks obtained in the i3T. The Indian Institute of Teacher Education offers a BA of 3 years, B.Ed of 2 years, and other integrated courses of 4 years as part of its curriculum. Please note that the B.Sc course is provided only as an integrated course.

IITE UG Eligibility Criteria

B.Ed	100	Candidates must have a degree with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised board.
B.Sc B.Ed Integrated	100	10+2 with a science stream is required. A minimum of 50% marks are required.
BA Education	-	Candidates must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board.
B.Ed M.Ed Integrated	50	A degree with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised university is required.
