Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya (RVSKVV) Gwalior is a state agricultural university established by the Government of Madhya Pradesh in 2008. The university offers 6 full-time courses in Agriculture and Allied Sciences at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. RVSKVV Gwalior courses are B.Sc Agriculture, B.Sc Horticulture, M.Sc Agriculture, M.Sc Horticulture, PhD Agriculture and PhD Horticulture. Candidates can apply and attend the entrance examination conducted by the Professional Examination Board, Bhopal (VYAPAM, Bhopal) for RVSKVV UG admission.
Eligible candidates for Master's and PhD degree programmes will be admitted through an online joint entrance exam (RVSKVV, Gwalior, and JNKVV, Jabalpur). The candidates who qualify for the entrance examinations are called for counselling and document verification. The university has a dedicated placement cell that organises campus recruitment drives for students and helps the students get hired by private or public organisations. RVSKVV placement cell activities include soft skill development, mock interviews, group discussions, and job-oriented training.
The university also provides various facilities to students and staff. Some of the RVSKVV Gwalior facilities are a library, classrooms, canteen, sports facilities, laboratories, auditorium, IT infrastructure, and many other facilities. The university is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and accredited by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR).

College campus is good as it has some good classrooms in it with basic facilities like electricity water which is 24/7 and they also provide big playgrounds and garden area for the student and they have their own farm in it
