RKDF University Bhopal, situated in Gandhi Nagar, Bhopal, is a privately owned educational institution. It was founded on July 19, 2011, and holds the approval of the University Grants Commission (UGC). The university's academic programs, span various fields such as Engineering and Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, Pharmacy, Paramedical Courses, Biotechnology, Humanities and Social Sciences, Law, Education, Applied Science, Homeopathy, Agriculture, Commerce, Business Management, and Entrepreneurship Development, are accredited and recognized by several prominent bodies including AICTE, PCI, COA, NCTE, BCI, INC, M.P. Gov., MPPC, and CCH. They offer Graduate, Post Graduate, and Research Degree programs to aspiring students.

The university campus spans 107 acres of land near Bhopal Airport. It boasts a total built-up area of 13.184 lakh square feet and maintains a well-kept garden covering 6.31 lakh square feet within its premises. The University employs a strategy focused on technology-driven education, skill development, industry integration in the curriculum, a national perspective, and a strong emphasis on hands-on practical training and research orientation to educate its students. 

These efforts have earned the University numerous international accolades in global competitions. Additionally, the University's notable achievements include being the first in Asia to establish a Carbon Capture Plant (CCP) and creating a modified Bukhari stove for the military, which has gained recognition on the international stage. Students are offered admission to the various courses based on marks in the last qualifying examination.
