RKDF College of Technology and Research, Bhopal, was founded in 2008, and is one of the leading institutes of Madhya Pradesh. Located on Airport Bypass Road in Gandhi Nagar, this constituent college has been providing a cutting edge to aspiring engineers and managers for more than a decade. Accredited by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) , RKDF offers a number of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. RKDF College of Technology and Research thus provides a total of six full-time programmes at two levels. There are five Bachelor of Engineering (BE) programmes offered in the institution as well as one programme in Master of Business Administration (MBA). The BE programmes offered are Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Information Technology. All these undergraduate courses take a period of 4 Years. The MBA on the other hand is a two year postgraduate study programme. The college have total approved intake capacity of 300 students in all offered programmes which shows colleges ability to produce large number of professionals each year.

During the admission procedures, RKDF College of Technology and Research follows an appropriate standard and criterion. With regard to the admission process for certain courses, it is typical of engineering colleges to accept scores in national or state level entrance tests, as well as performance in qualifying exams. To be eligible for the BE programmes, the students should have to pass their 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as their major subjects.
