Have a question related to MIT Manipal ?

    Hello Dear Student,
For admission to MIT Manipal through MET, Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) is generally one of the more competitive circuit branches, while Electronics Engineering and Electrical & Electronics-related programs tend to have slightly higher closing ranks. Previous and recent cutoff trends indicate that ECE usually closes earlier

    Hi,

The choice depends on your interests and career goals.

    • Choose MIT Manipal ECE if you are interested in electronics, communication systems, core engineering, and also want the flexibility to enter software and IT roles.

    • Choose VIT Chennai CSE (Data Science) if your primary interest is coding, software development, data

    Hi,

With 104 marks in MET and 93.6% in PCME, your strong board percentage will help because MAHE considers both MET score and Class 12 marks while preparing the rank list.

However, getting CSE specializations such as AI/ML, Data Science, or CSE Core at the MIT Manipal main campus may

    Hi,

MIT Manipal is generally considered a good option for Aeronautical Engineering because of its infrastructure, exposure, and student project culture. It can offer good learning opportunities if you are genuinely interested in the field.

However, the fees are quite high and core aeronautical placements are comparatively limited when compared

    Hi Ryan,
Based on 140/240 marks in MET 2026 and strong PCME marks, you have a solid chance for ECE or ECE (VLSI) at MIT Manipal in later counseling rounds (2nd or 3rd). A score of 140+ combined with good board marks places you well for top tier circuit branches.
