Kazigram College of Education, Malda was established in 2017, therefore quite a young institution to carve the future of education. It is situated at Madapur, English Bazar, in Malda district of West Bengal. This co-educational college is an affiliated institution approved by the National Council for Teacher Education. Spread over a compact area of 0.99 acres, the college now runs two full-time courses with a total student enrolment of 199. The faculty strength is located at 19 in Kazigram College of Education, and it has maintained a commendable student-to-teacher ratio, hence providing utmost individual attention and quality training for students in teaching as a profession.

A number of facilities are also provided for the students of the college to augment the academic setting. The knowledge hub is a well-stocked library; departmental laboratories provide hands-on learning. Holistic development is fostered through sports facilities and a gym available on campus. Several programs and seminars help in enriching campus life, with an auditorium available for these events. There is a health center having first-aid facilities so that health concerns of the students are taken care of. Wi-Fi connectivity and excellent IT infrastructure also exist so that students are hooked to the modern way of life. Kazigram College of Education, Malda also houses a canteen, guest house, and parking facilities for students, staff, and visitors. The institution offers programs in teacher education. Currently, the institution is offering two courses: Bachelor of Education and Diploma in Elementary Education. Both are regular programs with a duration of two years for each course. The average class size of the college is manageable, having a total of 100 seats altogether. This further limited intake provides for a more focused and interactive learning environment, which is important in developing effective teaching skills.

Admission to Kazigram College of Education is on merit, adhering to state government guidelines and the guidelines of the affiliating university. Generally, admission to the B.Ed course is offered on the basis of marks secured by the applicant at the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination.  Also, the admission to D.El.Ed. course is merit-based. It means the marks in the qualifying examination and/or the entrance test as prescribed by the State Government.
