Lexicon Management Institute of Leadership & Excellence was established in 2009. It is as part of the Pune-based Lexicon Group of Institutions. The college is also known as LEXICON MILE Pune. The institute has a total student strength of 257 with a faculty size of 35. The college is spread over 3 acres. As per the Lexicon MILE Pune official website, its mission is to encourage critical thinking, problem anticipating and problem-solving thinking in students. The college offers admission to three courses. 

P.G.D.M, M.B.A. International with University of New Haven, USA and Global M.B.A. with University of South Wales, UK are the courses offered by the college. Lexicon MILE Pune accepts CAT/XAT/GMAT/MAT/CMAT/MAH MBA CET scores for admission to its courses. The college offers merit-based scholarships to students. The campus of Lexicon Management Institute of Leadership & Excellence has a large number of modern facilities for the convenience of students and faculty members.

The Institution is located at Gate No. 726, Nagar Road, Wagholi, Pune. The college is just 12 kms away from Pune International Airport and candidates can easily access the college by taking an auto rickshaw or a taxi from there. LEXICON MILE Pune is also 16 kms from Pune Junction Railway Station and can be easily reached by an auto or a taxi.

Lexicon Management Institute of Leadership and Excellence Pune campus is spread over 3 acres of land with a clean and green environment. The college offers a total of three courses at the postgraduate level. Lexicon MILE Pune courses are P.G.D.M, M.B.A. International with University of New Haven, USA and Global M.B.A. with University of South Wales, UK. The duration of P.G.D.M and M.B.A. International with University of New Haven, USA courses is 2 years. Global M.B.A. with University of South Wales, UK is a 1.8 years programme. Lexicon MILE Pune courses are offered in regular mode.

Lexicon MILE Pune Admissions

The institute offers admission to postgraduate programmes. Lexicon MILE Pune admissions are offered to two M.B.A. and one P.G.D.M programme. Candidates are required to appear for CAT/XAT/GMAT/MAT/CMAT/MAH MBA CET in order to take admission to courses offered by the college. The final selection of candidates for Lexicon MILE Pune admission is done based on performance in entrance exam, personal interview and group discussion. Lexicon MILE Pune Scholarships

Scholarships are given to students who have maintained a high level of academic achievement throughout their academic careers. Only qualifying students who have received an offer letter for admission to Lexicon Management Institute of Leadership and Excellence Pune are eligible for Lexicon MILE Pune scholarships. The scholarship eligibility conditions are based on the results of entrance tests such as the CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA, as well as graduation marks for specific courses. For PGDM and Global MBA courses, a candidate with 60-70 percentile marks in the CAT/XAT examination receives a minimum of Rs. 75,000 and a candidate with more than 70 percentile marks in the CAT/XAT examination receives a minimum of Rs. 1 lakh as scholarships.

The first year of the programme focuses on theory, while the second year consists of nine months of internships.
