Degree wise Admission Process
B.Ed: Mahatma Phule Adhyapak Mahavidyalaya, Jalkot has an intake of 100 students against the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program. Different from that of other courses, merit admission determined by candidate's performance in the qualifying examination and/or an entrance examination controls the intake to the B.Ed program. The guidelines of government selection would be as defined by the state government, UT Administration, and the university. NCTE and the affiliated university prescribe eligibility criteria which must be met by candidates.
M.Ed: Master of Education (M.Ed) is a program that has its 50 places for aspiring leaders in education and researchers. Another merit system, based on the marks secured in the qualifying examination and/or the entrance examination, will also be adopted for this M.Ed admission process. It is also according to the processes of selection defined by the state government, UT Administration, and university. Concerning eligibility requirements, those specified by NCTE and the affiliated university for postgraduate teacher education programs need to be fulfilled by the applicants.
