The application form for the Certificate in Fashion Design (CFD) course is divided into seven different sections that can be filled stepwise by tapping the “Next” button. The first section is “Category Details,” where you have to choose your category and subcategory. The second section “Applicant details” requires you to enter your personal details like name, gender, email address, date of birth, and nationality. Also, you have to upload scanned copies of your photographs and signature.
In the third section, you need to enter your “Parent or Guardian Details.” These include their full name, mobile number, and email ID. The next section of the Certificate in Fashion Design (CFD) program’s application form is “Address Details.” You must enter information including your city, PIN code, address line, state, district, and country.
