    Yes, according to last year's trend, the cut off for Computer Science and Engineering (top course) for BIT, Mesra was 11, 618 (closing rank) and 4732 (opening rank).  This is for general category, which you belong to.

    Hence, going by that, I would say you have a highly decent chance
