I got 212 marks & 10363 all india rank in jee main paper 2. Can i get any IIT or NIT college? [specialy in maharashtra & in open category]

Chances are less though but still you can fill your choices in the counselling.

For architecture in IITs you need to have cleared AAT.

No, I guess you won't get any seat in nits and iiit but attend your counselling .

MY DAUGHTER GOT 9415 RANK IN JEE MAIN PAPER 2. WHERE WILL SHE GET SEAT IN ODISHA COLLEGES?

Congratulations to your daughter on securing a rank near 9400 in JEE MAIN paper 2.

However, With this rank and score, you stand no chance of getting B Arch or B Planning in any of the NITs,SPAs or CFTIs.
