the quality of placements are decent and average enough to be at the tier 2 level, but majority roles came for sales role and the college was pushing students towards sales role even when students were not interested in it. approx 90% students were placed till the end of March 31st 2026 and the highest package was 42L which was international placement in Dubai.

For us, Mechanical students, the IDEA Lab and the specialized machine workshops are where we spend most of our time. They aren't just for show; the CNC machines and the latest welding setups actually work, which is a relief. The classrooms are smart; no need to see what the teacher wrote on a dusty chalkboard. The campus also includes a large auditorium, an open-air theatre, a state-of-the-art gym, and more. There is so much to explore that you will never get bored. But the main hangout space is the central canteen, which everyone just call the "Cafeteria". The food is decent, the ambience is awesome, and the amenities are unmatched. Enrolling here is a solid move for anyone who wants to stop reading about engineering and actually start doing it.

Ibs mumbai is very good college .It has all the necessary things that a college should have or things student can ask for to succeed here after all for the fees that they are taking that is obviously they should provide but few things are missing parking here is a big problem as so many students commute on their bike there is a cramped parking and it takes lot of time to get out of it and it's open so it's get really hot. No sport facilities for student nothing.

From what I have seen here so far really good companies for finance come here companies like JP Morgan, Deloitte, Blackrock, bank of America, etc. College has good connections with these companies and it is upnto the student to get placed in them. Almost every student get placed apart from those who are not blacklisted.

I am not part of any club or committee here as they take a lot of time and we get to loose attendance and important lecture which is not good and attendance is Mandatory here so you can't skip. From last year, they allowed to wear casual cloth so that good.
