It depends on the income of your parents amd caste, if you belong to reserved category like sc or st then you can get full fee reimbursement irrespective of the rank you scored.
Full reimbursement is also given for those who have their parents income less than one lakh. If your parents have a income which is less than 5 lakhs then you can avail two thirds of the fee as reimbursement.
