yes, you can drop a course in between if you get some other opportunity. However, policy with respect to dropping college in between differs for each college. Generally, In case you leave a college in between the year then there will be no refund of fees deposited. But not all colleges charges a penalty for leaving the college.

No NEET is not compulsory for forensic science course. The colleges conduct their own entrance exam for forensic science or the admissions are done on the basis of 10+2 level score. The forensic science course is a combination of law and science together. Forensic science can be learnt from the undergraduate level. The undergraduate programme is for three years, after which the student is provided with a B.Sc. degree. The candidate must have completed their education at 10+2 level from a recognised board and A minimum of 50% at both 10th and 12th level to be eligible for the course.
After B.Sc in CBZ you can opt for the followingoptions:
M.Sc. Biochemistry.
M.Sc. Biotechnology.
M.Sc. Applied Biology.
M.Sc. Chemistry.
M.Sc. Molecular Biology.
M.Sc. Medical Technology.

The candidate must have passed class 12th or equivalent from a recognized board. The candidate must have studied Mathematics and Physics as the main subjects in class 12th along with one of the optional subjects as Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science.

The entrance tests for BSc degree are basically aptitude tests. Improve your skills in General Aptitude, English, General Awareness and your +2 subject matter. The most important thing to do is to practice previous years papers as it will give you a basic idea of what to expect and thus you will be prepared.
Prepare based on what exam you are going to take exactly. For example, if you are preparing for JET, there are a total of 150 questions to be answered in 3 hours, so focus on time management as well. Look up the kind of questions that have been asked for the past few years. Then try solving similar questions.

Delhi University is best institute for persuing postgraduate courses. Master of Science in Forensic Science is a course related to science . It is a two years course and there are 46 seats for this subject in Delhi University.The fees for this course is Rs. 40,000. The admission is on basis of Delhi University entrance Test.

But, I am sorry to inform that there is no college in Andhra Pradesh which offers M.Sc. in Forensic Sciences. However, Osmania University in Hyderabad offers M.Sc. degree in Forensic Sciences.
