In order to qualify for the Residency (Board certified PG while working in a Hospital under work permit) after MBBS the above exams needs to be cleared. the Indian doctors have to pass the above exams exam with high marks (230+). ... The doctors can then apply for work visa in USA once they get the residency confirmation.
And also Yes, MD in India is valid in USA provided you clear the United States Medical Licence Examination.

here are the steps which can help you for wearable residency in USA after completing MBBS and PG in India-

Step 1- Pass Part 3 of USMLE and Finish Residency submission process by submitting the document at the mayor's office.

Step 2- Earn Board Certification during your fellowship year.

Step 3- get a green card for yourself which will make you a permanent resident of any state in the United States.
