I believe you are asking for B.Tech admission in SVNIT, Surat

The admissions into SVNIT, Surat are based on the student‘s performance in XII boards and in JEE Mains Exam.

After then JEE mains exam April session, based on your performance and rank you would be eligible to appear for JoSAA counselling (Joint Seat Allocation Authority Counselling) which will commence tentatively from 2nd week of June.

After 2 rounds of mock allotment and 7 rounds of and 7 rounds of seat allotment which will go up to the month of July, you will finally match with a branch and a college based on your preferences and your rank in the JEE Mains Exam.

Hence to apply for SVNIT you first need to appear for JEE Mains, followed by two months of counselling

This whole process will take about 4 months beginning from April to July.

If this query was regarding PhD. course in SVNIT, the last date to apply for the Spring Session is the end of November.
