Sri Venkateswara University is one of the top most university and the major government College in Tirupati. Whereas, the SVCE( Sri Venkateswara College of engineering) is a normal college which is affiliated to Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati. So, there is a lot of difference between them and be careful.
