You have less chances of getting DTU but you can expect NSIT at your category rank.....you should also check their previous year's cutoff and reviews.Also visit their respective websites for more clarification........hope you get the best!!

You can try for some good college in home state quota. DTU and NSIT has huge reservation for Delhi quota. Don't expect that since you are from UP. Check out cutoff from jossa website and other blogs and work accordingly.
