This year in JAC Round 3 counselling a candidate with CRL 17432  belonging to general category secured admission to Electronics and Communication Engineering in Delhi Technological University. In the subsequent round the cut off may vary so you have slight chances of getting seat in subsequent rounds. Last year a candidate in round of JAC counselling with CRL 26662  belonging to general category secured admission to Electronics and Communication Engineering in Delhi Technological University. You have to hope for the best and stay positive as you have slight chance to get seat in ECE in the preferred institute. As per your rank is concerned which 20k in JEE mains 2021 and considering you are a delhi candidate so you have fair chances to get into ece branch.

As per the previous year trends the cut off for the ece branch was around 26k , you can easily get this branch . Even if the cut offs are higher still you can still get it. Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
