since you get good jee rank you can get admission in NSIT or DTU but you should from Delhi region and You should be in SC/SC category.

     Yes you may get admission on basis  your rank in DTU ( delhi technological university) or NIT.
    You are also  eligible for JEE advanced. Admission in colleges depends upon Cut off list prepared by the colleges or by JoSAA. It depends upon your rank also.You should apply for counselling.Try filling government colleges in home quota first .
