You can get IIIT Delhi eadily if you will be able to score 170 marks in jee mains and also you need to score 75 % marks in 12th to get admission there.Cutoff varies according to different branches.Generally the cutoff is high for CSE branch there.You can visit the below given link:

Sir i would like to know whether the cutoff is now based upon the percentile score or is it like just get 170+ and get IIT-D

According, to JAC Delhi 2017 6th round of allotment you should have more then 165 marks in JEE Main to get IIIT Delhi in general category.

Cut off marks varies according to the branches.

JAC Delhi conducts counselling to provide admission in DTU, NSIT, IIIT and IGDTUW.
You have to appear for JEE Main exam in order to take admission.
