Hello Rahul, No, there's no need to cancel the allotted college. You can go for the 2nd counseling by holding the course allotted in the 1st round. If you get a better course, them automatically the 1st round seat will be released and given to other candidates, but in case you don't get a seat in the 2nd round too then you can take admission in the seat given in 1st round.

You mentioned that you got a college called Ujjain Engineering College in 1st round. Now you wants to participate in second round.

You can definitely participate in the next round. For this purpose, you don't need to cancel the alloted institute.

The alloted institute will be cancelled automatically if you get a new College in next round.
