In this college the infrastructure is poor ,the college does'nt have good lab and hostels are also very bad and academic building are poor than private schools and the fact is that it come in top 5 college on MP in engineering .So according to me its infrastructure is overall poor.
Academics are average because I didn't find a core foundation in engineering contents like what they have in there curriculam is not updated to today's modern technologies like AI/ML and all .And one more thing is that if here labs exist than they lack in equipements So that make no sense of being a lab.
Placements are also average but the number of companies that comes is in good number so the problem is with academics of here if that improves than it might reflect a good placements too and some stats of recent year is that 80% are placed in CSE and in civil 50% so that is the proof.
No, it doesn't fit for a value-for-money college list.
Infrastructure of college is poor.Classrooms are also decent and dont have important facilities. Also there is no cleaniness which gives a negative vibes along with libraries are also not upto the mark .Labs are there but with equipment not working .
Academic is decent but not too strong .Some teachers are helpful but mostly are not aware of what are they teaching and how to teach they just try to finish there work of teaching and completing syllabus no matter students are getting or not just pacing .Exams conducted on time mostly but checking process still lags behind.
Placements is also average not very impressive although it is among the top 5 engineering colleges in MP but still not good in placements .Limited companies visit campus and which makes the competition very high.So ,only a few students get good packages while others get normal offers or sometimes no placements.
In my opinion the college lacks to provide some important but neccessary facilities they must have.
Booring no competitive enviornment normally not a good campus .
The campus of Ujjain engineering College is quite spacious and green, spread over a large area. You’ll find big classrooms, decent labs, a central library, and separate hostels for boys and girls. The canteen food is average, nothing fancy, and some students have complained about the hostel conditions too.
When it comes to studies, UEC offers a solid academic environment. Most teachers here are experienced, helpful, and supportive towards students and Exams can be tough at times, and you need to study properly to score well. Some branches have a slightly lower passing.
Placements at UEC are a mixed bag. Some students from core branches like Mechanical and Chemical Engineering get good offers, while others have to struggle a bit.and some are go for higher education .
Infrastructure of college building is too old. but, Every department has enough classrooms and water-coolers available. There is a central library here which is very widespread having almost all the types of books available.Semester exams are difficult at our college, especially science, which is very tough; only 45% of students are able to pass.
The faculty members is well- educated and experienced. They are provided practical knowledge rather than theoretical. The exams in our college are the toughest ones and it is very difficult to pass with good marks. a very big library that has Wi-Fi facilities and all types of books in it. Hostels are good for girls only.
Placement of this college 50-60% students get their campus placements. The highest package offered is 9 LPA and the lowest is 4 LPA with an average package of 6 LPA. Some company names are Bearlocher, Tata Chemical, and Aditya Birla.
The facilities and infrastructure available in our college are good. It has Wi-Fi, labs, hostels and other rooms. The hostel infrastructure is average. Hostels are too old, but some new hostels are well-furnished and have all facilities like a canteen, sports and games.
Teachers here are helpful and friendly. They are well qualified and experts in their subjects. Their teaching quality is decent. The course contains labs on an everyday basis and enhances your practical skills. Semester exams are a bit difficult, but 70% to 90% of the students manage to pass the semester exams.
in 2024, there was a much better placement scenario as compared to previous years. Few companies offered opportunities in the core and mostly in IT. The average salary package offered ranges from 3-4 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 6 LPA. In 2021, companies like YASH Technologies, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Jaro, Byjus, Zentech, etc., visit the campus for placements.
The labs here are quite good and in working condition. You will get a lot of exposure to subjects and learn somany things. Classrooms are quite average.hostels are maintained clean and good. gym facility is also available.
The faculty members of the Mechanical Department of the college are quite good and knowledgeable. They are understanding, focused on your overall development, and friendly too. But the guest faculty standards are quite low and immature. But the senior faculty will be there to rescue.
TPO cell needs to work more to bring companies to provide placements in our college. Placements are good for CSE with a salary package ranging from 2 LPA to 6 LPA and other branch students get placed at TCS and Infosys with less salary package. Many students from CSE get placed off-campus in big companies with a salary package of more than 10 LPA to 15 LPA.
Our college building is too old and not so good, but it has a separate department for each branch along with their own laboratories. The college also places a strong emphasis on experiential learning, with numerous opportunities for students to participate in internships, live projects, and international exchange programs. The academic environment is challenging, but it prepares students well for the complexities of the business world.
Placements at this college are highly regarded, with a strong placement cell that is committed to helping students secure top job offers. However, some students feel that more focus could be given to sectors like entrepreneurship and innovation. Despite this, the overall placement process is well-managed, and the college’s strong industry connections ensure that students have access to a wide range of job opportunities.
The infrastructure of a college plays a vital role in the development of the college as the students are now focusing on the labs, class rooms, etc while selecting a college. In this infrastructure is not much good.
Rather than a research paper on the subject of the work,an academic review is an evaluation about the work's message, strengths, and value.Overall it is a good college, with great professors and quality education.
