Hope you are doing well. Congratulations for getting uec . It is a very good college but if you want to go for some other colleges then just leave the college and apply in second round as in second round you will again have the option for choice filling and according to that and your rank the college and branch will be allotted to you.so it's upon you if you want to take a alloted college or not other wise just move to the next round.
