Dear Aspirant, Computer Science (CS) in IIT Kharagpur will be the best option as compared to EEE branch in IIT Bombay. Hope you are doing well. Coming to your question, a lot depends on your interests and strengths.  Both the colleges are equally good and provide exposure to students. If you have an inclination towards IT sector and want to pursue a career there you can go for CS at IIT KHARAGPUR. But if you want to go for some other opportunity in some other field then go for IIT BOMBAY.  Do not  take up the college or Branch just because the world is doing so.  Make a choice for yourself and know your interests.
