BITSAT has the following eligibility:

Candidate clearing their 12th in this session are eligible
Candidate who cleared their 12th in the previous session are eligible
A candidate can apply for maximum 2 attempts within above mentioned criteria

So, if you have cleared your 12th; 2 years or more than 2 years ago, then sorry you would not be eligible for BITSAT . Don't lose hope you can join BITS Pilani for your post graduation as well.
