Hello there
For getting admission in University and institutes like DTU, NSUT, IIITD or IGDTUW, one needs to register himself/ herself on the portal of JACDelhi and make the payment and fill the choices According to the preference.
The last date of registration was 20 June 2019 And the first cut off has been released.
You can visit the official website of JAC Delhi to check the results and alloted seats to you ( if any )
After that you need to physically report at the center and get the verification process done in order to take Admission.

I have already applied for jac .
All that i want to know is there any chance in 2nd 3rd or any round to get admission in dtu or NSIT

If you are a Delhi candidate, till spot round you would be able to get Engineering Physics, Environmental engineering, Polymer science and Chemical Technology, Production and Industrial engineering, Civil Engineering and MAE ( maybe )

So as i belong outside delhi
It will be difficult for me to get admission
Infact holding EWs certificate also.

You can get admission but you won't be able to get top branches at good government institutes. Either you have to compromise with branch or with institute or college.
