For your rank you have no chances to get CSE seat at OU. Because the intake is only 30 seats and the time of seat allotment the first preference is given to the GATE rankers. As your rank is too far from the intake mostly you have no chances to get seat at OU. You can try some other private colleges for MTech such as

1. CBIT

2. MGIT

3. VNR VJIET
