see diploma engineering students who has completed diploma course from wbscte i.e West Bengal State Council of Technical Education  affiliated institute and aicte approved institute , and have score atleast of 75% marks in aggregate in diploma course are eligible to apply. however you must enroll for lateral entry b.tech/ b.e course in college, after that only you will be eligible to apply with necessary documents. scholarship      amount per month is 5000/- .

Yeah! You can obviously apply for SVMCM Scholarship. There are no such restrictions. You can apply after the admission to your college and on verification and all the necessary submissions your scholarship will be sanctioned.

Also your family income need to be less than Rs. 2,50,000 LPA.
