DTU & NSIT are considered to be one among the best college across the Delhi region and inorder to take the admission in it you should have the good percentile as well the good score in the JEE mains as well, for taking the admission in it your rank Should between 20k-25k as well more than you Should have the atleast score of more than 75% in Class 12th board as well, So in your case it might be difficult for you to take the admission in either NSIT or in the DTU as well but meanwhile you can try for the other engineering institute as well.

Your chances of getting admission in DTU or NSIT is very low. You should take a drop in my opinion and prepare for JEE 2020 so that you can get a good NIT or  GFTI from your OBC category. You can only get these colleges if you prepare well and score a good rank in JEE mains.
