Yes you are eligible as per the norms minimum 60% marks is required in aggregate of physics chemistry and maths and you must have to clear your English paper atleast with passing marks

Yes you are eligible if you have also secured 60%aggregate marks in 12th in PCM category from recognised University /institute for DtU via JAC delhi counselling.
