After Jee mains result You should Register for JAC DELHI which is like josaa an Councelling site for colleges in DELHI. There you have to submit some registration fees and then you will get result on Mentioned Date.

As both of the  colleges (NSIT and DTU ) are the top most colleges of delhi ncr . As they also have a high nirf ranking.  

In order to get admission in these colleges for engineering you need to go through an exam i.e jee main. 

As they the are the top most colleges of india as well as delhi ncr so you need to score high to confirm your seat there. 

On the other hand if you are delhi residential candidates then there may be some quota for you that will provide you some relief in scoring or getting a seat there.
