DTU & NSIT admission is through JAC Delhi counselling on the basis of JEE Main score. It would be tough to provide you the information regarding the exact cutoff to get admission in DTU or NSIT as JEE Main 2019 is being conducted twice by NTA for the first time.

You can check the previous year cutoff to take an idea about it.

As per the Rank Predictor of Careers360, Previous Year Cutoff Ranks and My Experience, you might have to get at least 98 percentile to get into DTU for any branch. At this percentile, your rank in JEE MAIN 2019 will be under 20,000 and you will get your desired College and Branch.
