In Nit Rourkela,you will have to compete with dual degree students for placements and rourkela does not allow internship in vlsi.Nit bhopal mtech placements are not good.

If you are not getting trichy,warangal,suratkal,calicut then you may go with jaipur vlsi.It will be better in comparision to these in terms of placements and internships.
