Yes, you can get into the IITs. However, you need to take up JEE Mains and also clear the JEE Advanced exams like the several other +2 students.

Also, there is no direct entry into the 2nd year of the course for Diploma holders in IITs, unlike admission processes for Diploma holders into most of the other colleges.

You will only get admitted into the first year of your course.
