Coming to your question I would like to clear you the process of counselling of Jossa .

As you are from the West Bengal and suppose you got a seat in nit Warangal for example in the first round of your interested branch then the second process is your document verification and for this I want to tell you that you don't have to go to the allotted institute for the document verification process .

The list of the document centre will be put listed on the website and you can check which is the nearest place in your state from your hometown for the document verification process.

If you are getting an nit it means that you have cleared the cut off and are eligible to lock a seat there for yourself. After you have registered your self online at https://josaa.nic.in . YOu need to lock you seat there and fter that you gave to go to the nit with all the requested documents for verification and confirming your seat .
