Hello Aparna
Hope you are doing well!! See as per previous year cut off with that particular rank you will not be able to get a seat in NIT Raipur not only in NIT Raipur but also in other NIT's. As you belong to general category it will be very difficult to get an NIT , for getting a seat in an NIT through NIMCET then your rank must be below 800. Hope these will help you regarding any query feel free to ask in comment section.
