Now to get into CSE branch from Amrita Coimbatore you should have a rank of 8000 or below if you have state quota. As you have mentioned that you have state quota for Amrita campus then it would have been an added advantage of would have scored around 120-130 marks. You have less chances to get CSE branch. You need a score more than 150 marks to get into CSE branch from any of the Amrita campuses. With your score you can get into Mechanical branch. But still wait for your actual rank list.

The cutoff trends changes every year and it depends on the number of students appearing in the examination, difficulty level, number if available seats, etc.

According to your mentioned marks and previous year trends, your rank might be in the range : 15000-16000 (this may or may not be accurate due to varying trends every year).
