Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you yes you can certainly get MECHANICAL, E.E.E, I.C.T AND I.T with A.I.R 1195 in stream 1 as you have secured very good rank and you can easily get it. For more information regarding cutoff visit table below:

• C.S.E  around 750
• E.C.E around 750
• MECHANICAL AND E.E.E around 1000
• I.C.T AND I.T AROUND 1100 TO 1200

etc are some of the cutoffs.
