Sorry to say that, you wont be able to get a seat in JNTU, Kakinada and Andhra University if you are under general category ( no reservation). If you have any reservation such as SC or ST, then you may have chances to get into above mentioned colleges.

For general candidates, it will be less than 2000, for bc category it may be less than 3000 and for sc and st candidates it maY vary from 8000 to 10000.

So if you belong to category also it is not possible. 

So leave the hope of that college and see other colleges. Hope you got the answer you are looking for thank-you.
