The cutoff marks change every year. It's depends upon number of students that appeared in examination, number of seats available in colleges, difficulties of question paper, reservation catagory, previous years cutoff trends, etc.

According to previous years cutoff, With 208 marks in neet, you have no chance to get  mbbs or bds  government medical college through all India quota or state quota in Andhra pradesh or anywhere even you are from EWS.
