Since you have not mentioned your rank, with your5 score I am assuming your rank must be something around 115000.

With this rank it is difficult to get a college in All India Quota however you might manage to get a private college n All India Quota.

As far as the State Quota Counselling is concerned, in Uttar Pradesh the last rank to get  agovernment seat in UR category is around 15000 (AIR) hence the chances of getting a government mbbs seat is low. You may get a seat in private mbbs colleges like: Career Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow
