I got 511 rank in OBC-NCL PWD between nit surathkal metallurgical engineering or iiit kancheepuram cse which is the better option could I choose

Hi,

Between Metallurgy in NIT - Surathkal and CSE in IIIT Kancheepuram, you should go for CSE in IIIT Kancheepuram. There are various reasons for this. The first and most important reason is placements. Placements of CSE Branch is better than Metallurgy. The second reason is career opportunities. Now a days CSE has more career opportunities than Metallurgy. If you are specifically interested to do metallurgical Engineering, then you should go for NIT otherwise go for CSE Branch.
