Hi, This is the eligibility criteria for IIIT D.
Candidates applying for IIIT Delhi B.Tech shall secure 80% or above in the aggregate of the best of five subjects that include Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry in class XII from CBSE/ICSE/IB board or equivalent. They must also have secured 80% or more in Mathematics in Class XII.
Scores secured by students in Paper 1 of JEE (Main) and class 12th will also be considered. The candidate should be atleast of 17 years and maximum age should not be more than 25 years of age as on October 1, admission year.
