With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 11000-13000 in SC category and considering the closing ranks for these colleges chances are a little less for both Shimla and Jabalpur because the number of seats also matter. But you have a decent score and there are legions of good colleges out there with equally good academic background so you can definitely look out for those colleges also.

Till now jabalpur has not been a part of clat this year it is first time that it took part in clat so it is tough to make any assumptions I would suggest you to wait for the lists to come out. For nlu shimla you might have a chance so you can hope for that.
