Yes you are surely eligible as per your CBSE percentage for entry into IISER with JEE advanced rank.
Minimum 75% across PCB category is Must.

Under 10000 ranks, candidates have great chances for conversion.

If you hav enot applied for JEE advanced, admission shall take place using IISER entrance exam.
For this every state has different eligibility cutoff as shared below.
