  Considering your NTA percentile your probable General rank is around 13,895 (This is probable rank and it may change depending on various cercumstances). Previous year data shows that after 1st round of counselling closing rank was 13,920 after 2nd round it was 16,693 after 5rd it further droped to 17,090 and after final round closing rank was 17,805 for home state students also it includes all branches. Now, if I assume that your rank will not change much after second phase of jee Mains (Obviously it will change) then you can a seat in IIIT Delhi. Possibly you will not get it after 1st round but after 2nd or 3rd you will definitely get it. Remember your rank will change after 2nd phase of Jee Mains, these are predicted results only after this exam.
